Labourd 2015 - Top Selection A look at the ten fastest cars on five of the stages at the 39th edition of the Rallye du Labourd held in April 2015 in the foothills of the Pyrenees near Biarritz in South West France. Anicet Garicoix & Philippe Cami were the winners 11.4 seconds ahead of Manu Castan & Thierry Pian with Christophe & Mireille Costes 47.9 seconds down. 	Labourd 2015 - ES1 Gatubiague The first stage of the rally, previously known as the Bois de St-Peé, where the stage finished. Stage winner was Mathieu Hirigoyen, 5.8 seconds ahead of Patrick Orhategaray. La première étape du rallye, précédemment connu sous le Bois de St-Pée, où l'étape terminée. 	Labourd 2015 - ES2 Mentaberia 1 The pictures from the video include only the TT cars as I was not able to get from Gatubiague in time to record the Production 4x4's and SSV vehicles. Fastest here was Manu Castan followed by Alain Perrine just 0.9 seconds behind. Les images de la vidéo ne comprennent que les voitures TT que je ne étais pas en mesure d'obtenir de Gatubiague à temps pour enregistrer les 4x4 de production de véhicules et SSV. 	Labourd 2015 - ES4 Mentaberia 2 Pictures of all three groups are included in these pictures of the second pass of Mentaburia. Fastest here was Manu Castan by a margin of just 0.3 seconds over Anicet Garicoix. Fastest 4x4 Production was Franck Olaizola and Michel Piqueux was fastest SSV. Photos de tous les trois groupes sont inclus dans ces images de la seconde passe de Mentaburia. Le plus rapide ici était Manu Castan par une marge de seulement 0,3 secondes sur Anicet Garicoix. 	Labourd 2015 - ES05 Gatubiague The Production 4x4's and SSV's pictured close to the finish, the TT cars seen at speed from the hilltop on the Bois de St Pee. Laurent Fouquet was fastest here beating Manu Castan by 5.4 seconds. Le 4x4 de production de SSV et de photo près de l'arrivée, les voitures TT vu à la vitesse de la colline sur le Bois de St Pée. 	Labourd 2015 - ES6 Ostalapia 1 Pictures here of the Production and SSV vehicles seen towards the end of the stage. I had to move on to catch all groups high on Uzkain so could not wait for the TT cars. Fastest were Anicet Garicoix & Philippe Cami with Mathieu Hirigoyen & Jon Charriton 3.2 seconds behind. Fastest Production were Marion Andrieu & Mhaèva Morel, fastest SSV were Jean Louis Lacassagne & Alain Vernet. Photos ici de la Production et des véhicules SSV vu vers la fin de la scène. Je devais passer à attraper tous les groupes élevés sur Uzkain donc ne pouvais pas attendre pour les voitures TT. 	Labourd 2015 - ES7 Uzkain 1 Uzkain, the toughest mountain stage of the rally, 10km of rock climbs and descents with some stream crossings for added challenge. The pictures here were recorded at the first stream, 3.8km from the start. Fastest TT crew here were Manu Castan & Thierry Pian, 7.5 seconds ahead of Anicet Garicoix & Philippe Cami. Fastest in Production were Andy Sargeant & Chris Hammond, 8.9 seconds ahead of David Toulou & Christian Maury. In the SSV Group Jean Louis Lacassagne & Alain Vernet beat Michel Piqueux & Gildas Piqueux by 5.2 seconds. Uzkain, l'étape la plus difficile de la montagne du rallye, à 10 km de montées et descentes de rock avec quelques passages de cours d'eau pour défi supplémentaire. 	Labourd 2015 - ES9 Uzkain & Finish The second and last attempt at Uzkain is illustrated in these pictures. Located at the top of the initial climb from the start the location provided superb views of the mountains and out to the harbour at St Jean de Luz. Fastest on the stage were Mathieu Hirigoyen & Jon Charriton follwed 2.4 seconds later by Christophe Costes & Mireille Costes. For the Production 4x4's Andy Sargeant & Chris Hammond beat Marion Andrieu & Mhaèva Morel by 24.5 seconds whilst in the SSV Group Jean Louis Lacassagne & Alain Vernet came in 19.8 seconds ahead of Alexandre Chahon & Julien Estarziau. 	Labourd 2015 - ES7 Uzkain 1 Cimes Tractor This is the inside view from the Cimes Tractor of Uzkain 1, the first attempt at the stage by Andy Sargeant and Chris Hammond. Excellent view of the track and mountain scenery. Andy had to get past a couple of stopped cars on this stage so watch out for that after the stream crossing. Labourd 2015 - ES9 Uzkain 2 Cimes Tractor Pictures from the inside of the Cimes Tractor crewed by Andy Sargeant and Chris Hammond on the second pass of the spectacular Uzkain stage. Climbing sharply up the edge of the valley from the hamlet of Arraioa the view from the Landrover affords fanastic views of the Pyrenees with the Atlantic Coast appearing in the background from time to time. After the finish of the 10km stage the track decends to the stop line at Kanderatzea, near the village of Ibarrun where the stage time is revealed to our pilots.
